Dream Interpretation: understanding what is occupying your mind

A dream is an everyday language, and it can frighten or reassure. In the session we hear your description in full before any interpretation, then read its symbols in the context of your present life — without any claim to hidden knowledge and without dating events.

What the session includes

  • The dream heard in full before any interpretation
  • Reading the symbols that repeat in the dream
  • Connecting the dream to your present circumstances
  • Practical reflection tasks for the week after the session
  • A written summary in three points

Explicit limits before you book

  • Reflective interpretation, not prediction: no major decision and no date rests on it.
  • You will not be told when something will happen, or exactly what will happen to you.
  • No results are promised, and no promises are made about a request, a marriage or money.
  • Disturbed sleep or persistent anxiety is referred to a professional first.

Why we use reflection rather than prediction

In most contemporary research a dream is understood as the mind processing what mattered to you during the day. When symbols repeat — being chased, fire, water — the useful question is not “what does this mean?” but “what is pressing on you now?”. That is the work of the session: we use the symbols of the dream as a mirror for what occupies you, never as a tool for forecasting.

  • A dream is an indicator of today's concerns, not news about tomorrow.
  • The soundest interpretation is the one that usefully changes your daily behaviour, not the one that frightens you.
  • If one dream keeps returning, the session starts there.

How the session runs, step by step

Begin by describing the dream in your own words, without tidying it or making it presentable. After hearing it in full we ask about your present situation, then read the symbolic meaning of the symbols, and finish with one practical reflection task you can keep working with.

  • 5 minutes: describing the dream exactly as you saw it.
  • 10 minutes: linking the symbols to your life as it is now.
  • 15 minutes: reading the symbolic meaning of the most prominent symbol.
  • 10 minutes: a written reflection task to carry through the week.

When the session is not the right fit

Sometimes the dream is itself a symptom that needs professional care rather than interpretation. We refer you to a professional first in these cases:

  • Repeated nightmares together with severe insomnia or frequent daytime fear.
  • Suspected disordered sleep, or repeatedly interrupted sleep.
  • A dream that keeps returning after an accident or a trauma that needs psychological support.
  • Using a dream as a reason to step back from medical treatment.
Before you ask

Frequently asked questions

General guidance and reflective reading only — not a substitute for a physician, mental-health professional, lawyer or rabbinic authority. We promise no result, we never ask for harm to anyone, and we do not sell amulets or charms. Adults 18+ only.

Do you predict the future in the session?

No. The session is a reflective reading of symbols in the context of your life. It contains no timing of events and no promise of an outcome.

How is this different from someone who promises a result?

We promise nothing and we charge nothing in exchange for a result. Our task is to look at what is occupying you and turn it into a clear, practical decision.

How long is the session?

Forty minutes, online or by voice notes as agreed, and the price is published in writing before the appointment.

Do I need to send a description of the dream beforehand?

It helps to prepare a short description, but the session begins by hearing it in full from the start, so that no words are given more weight than they carry.
